Welcome to House of Pomegranate. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of houseofpomegranate.com and any purchases you make from House of Pomegranate (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our posted policies.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your place of residence to use this website or make a purchase. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account, billing, payment, and shipping information. You are responsible for activity conducted through your customer account.

2. Products and made-to-order production

Our products are made to order. We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, artwork, sizing, and photographs accurately; however, screen settings, production methods, and normal manufacturing variations may result in minor differences. Please review product information and size guides before ordering.

3. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, payment issues, or restrictions affecting fulfillment. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

Cancellation requests may be submitted within 24 hours of purchase while an item remains eligible under our cancellation rules. A request does not automatically cancel an order, and cancellation is not guaranteed after production begins.

4. Prices, payments, and taxes

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are calculated and displayed during checkout. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method submitted for your order.

5. Shipping and delivery

Products require production time before shipment. Shipping methods, charges, tracking, estimated delivery times, address issues, and delivery concerns are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

6. Returns, replacements, and refunds

Returns, cancellation eligibility, damaged or incorrect items, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The House of Pomegranate name, logo, artwork, product designs, photographs, text, graphics, and website content are owned by or licensed to House of Pomegranate and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website only for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, exploit, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

8. Reviews and submitted content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate and lawful. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and use that content in connection with operating and promoting House of Pomegranate. We may remove submitted content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, or infringing.

9. Prohibited conduct

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, collect information about others without permission, impersonate another person, violate applicable law, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use the website for fraudulent or abusive activity.

Our store is hosted by Shopify and relies on payment, fulfillment, analytics, communication, and shipping providers. Those providers may process information or provide services necessary to operate the store. Your use of third-party features may also be subject to their terms and policies. Purchases from House of Pomegranate are transactions directly between you and House of Pomegranate.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that access will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, House of Pomegranate will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Changes and severability

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Changes apply prospectively from their stated effective date. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United States and the state in which House of Pomegranate is headquartered, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
